Chinese Chippendale?  That's how Telechron described the style of this clock that could be bought with or without the wall bracket.  Interesting, is that the wall bracket for the strange, 7H147 Pinwall looks just like this one.  Here's some more blah, blah:
This model is furnished in natural mahogany with a gold-plated medallion on the top.  Clear, clean-cut Roman numerals plus a large dial and simplified hands make the readability very satisfactory.  One who buys the "Surrey" model has the advantage of being able to use it either as a wall clock or as a mantel clock.
