They don't sell for too much but I guess it's just because they're so common.  I refinished the clock above to give as a secret Santa gift to someone.  Turns out it went to a well-known clock hater in my family.  Oh, well.  This Telechron's a trooper and will probably serve her long enough to change her mind.  About the only thing interesting to tell you about this model is that bakelite base unscrews from the inside.
