It's seems to be the Domino  with a mottled, brown case and the dial and hands from the Meadowlark.  Cost-cutting left us with rubber feet, a brass-plated aluminum bezel and no kicker for the reset signal.

Here's mine.  I replaced the original rubber cord with another and the remnants of the original, brown rubber feet with felt.  Runs like a top.
