This was a trade-in model.  You got $1 off the price of this clock if you traded in your old one.  The case was called Fiberlon  but I think it's the same as catalin which was a copywrited name.  Telechron called bakelite, Textolite  and Textileather , found on models like the 7H89, was probably naugahide.
