With nearly 24,000 of these sold, there ought to be a lot more around.  My guess is the scarcity is mostly due to the rotten zinc set gear that plagued all these early, pendant-set wall clocks.  The gears mushed or cracked making it impossible to set the time.  Also I've never seen a hanger for these clocks except in the B & W photos.
